1 – Choose from one of our home designs
Our design team will work with you to customise one of our existing designs as much or as little as you like, from adding that walk-in closet you’ve always wanted to adding additional rooms. Click here to browse our range of custom home designs.
2 – Bring us your plans
If you already have a custom home plan, or even a design concept, our design team will fine-tune and finalise the plans for you. Once completed, we will then get started on building your new home.
3 – Let us design you something new
If you have a unique vision in mind for your new home, we will make it a reality. As experienced custom home builders, we will walk you through the entire design process from start to finish. The end result will be your very own, completely custom-designed home

We want you to love your new home for the years to come. To ensure your house will stand the test of time, we only use superior materials and finishes, such as FrameSure Blue termite treated timber, 3 coats of Wattyl or Taubmans System interior paint, and R 2.5 ceiling insulation batts.

Our tracker will keep you informed about exactly where we are up to with your home and how far away we are from reaching the expected completion date. It also provides a central platform for you to access photographs, videos and progress updates. Documents can also be easily downloaded and uploaded, so that changes and approvals are fast to make with us.
