In-house colour and design studio
To help you bring your new dream home from concept to reality, we have developed an in-house colour and design studio at our head office in North Lakes. This studio showcases your options for kitchen appliances, paint colours, window frames, flooring and everything in between.
The expertise of our full-time design team is included as part of our service offering to you. Our team is fully equipped with the knowledge to help you design the perfect custom home, even if you have a narrow, sloping or awkward block of land.

To suit the needs of any size of family, we have 1 and 2 storey designs as well as 1, 2 and 3 bedroom homes with options to add additional rooms and features if desired.
We want you to love your new home for the years to come. To ensure your house will stand the test of time, we only use superior materials and finishes, such as FrameSure Blue termite treated timber, 3 coats of Wattyl or Taubmans System interior paint, and R 2.5 ceiling insulation batts.
