How do your house and land packages work?
With our house and land packages, we’ll not only help you secure the perfect block of land, we’ll also build your new dream home from the ground up to completed turnkey stage.
We have exclusive access to land which isn’t available to the general public, which means that you have more chance of finding the right block for you when you choose to build with us.
Each lot of land has been matched with one of our home designs. This design is optimised for the shape and style of the block you choose, especially with respect to driveway placement and sun orientation.
This of course doesn’t mean that you’re stuck with an inflexible design plan! You can work with our in-house design team to change and customise the design plan as much or as little as you want. You might (in the case of a property investor) decide not to change our home designs too much at all.
What is your approximate timeframe for building a new home?
We work quickly and efficiently to get you into your new home as soon as we can. As an approximate timeframe, one of our standard single level homes can be completed in 12 to 14 weeks once all final approvals have been secured.
What is your Fixed Price Guarantee?
Unlike other builders who offer house and land packages, our contract price is final. We always conduct professional soil tests and site level analysis before giving you the final contract price. This means there will no unexpected costs for footings because of the ground conditions.
Do you have an in-house design team?
Yes! We believe your new home should be exactly the way you want it. As part of our service offering to you, our full-time, in-house design team can work with you to alter any of our existing home designs.
If you want to swap out the study and add a third bedroom, we can do it. If you want to extend the patio area, we will make it happen. Your options for customisation are almost endless.
During the design phase, we encourage you to visit our in-house colour and design studio at our head office in North Lakes. This studio showcases your options for kitchen appliances, paint colours, window frames, flooring and everything in between.
